About Heather

Heather Foster, LMFTWe can all get stuck sometimes. With the craziness of life, it can be difficult to figure out how to move forward and sort out the best options.

There was a time in my life that I too felt stuck… Stuck in patterns of bad relationships. Stuck in the pain from the past. Stuck with the old family patterns and drama. Relationships can be really tough whether it’s a parent, significant other, friend or child.

After trying to do it on my own for far too long, I finally reached out to a therapist for guidance and support. It is easy to get discouraged when communication goes south and misunderstandings continually happen.

This difficult period of my life started me on a healing journey of self-discovery and growth that has lead me to my passion of helping others heal the negative patterns they are trapped by. Over the years, I have learned the skills and tools to help you make the changes you desire for your life too. Truth is there is always room to grow. These tough times can actually enrich our connections with our loved ones and strengthen the relationship by developing skills.

As a licensed therapist for the last decade, I’ve worked with hundreds of men, women and teenagers who have struggled with depression, anxiety, relationship and family issues.
